Absolutely! You'll first need to order the license in our system so that we can automatically begin the transfer process for you. We recommend placing the order at least 5 days prior to your billing renewal at your other provider to avoid any invoices left open and to ensure a smooth and clear transfer of the license well before its expiration date. So long as there aren't any billing issues at your old provider, Plesk should push it through seamlessly!

Yes, upon activation of your license we can install the Pless Onyx software free of charge for you, at your request. Due to variation in hardware systems, we cannot offer 100% guaranteed functionality once the software is installed. We recommend consulting your hosting provider to ensure that your server meets the minimum requirements for Plesk Onyx. We recommend at least CentOS 6.x, CentOS 7.x, Windows Server 2013, or Windows Server 2016 for best functionality.

CorelloHosting will offer a courtesy installation for any new license order made. In order to request the free installation, simply contact us. In your request, please include all access information to the server as well as any su/sudo credentials necessary so that our team can access your server without any delay. Once we receive your request, our Sales team will verify that you do indeed have a license and will pass the validated request to our support team to assist with installation.

CorelloHosting will only offer assistance with the initial installation and licensing issues after the installation. Any technical issues you experience will need to be passed to your support team or to your hosting provider. If you are a current customer of CorelloHosting with an active VPS Server or Dedicated Server we will offer general support. If you have Managed Support included with your VPS Server or Dedicated Server full managment and support is included

Licenses are automatically issued after payment. If you do not receive an email with details, please visit our contact page and get in touch with our Sales team.

Please be aware that, if the license you are going to purchase is currently licensed with another Plesk provider, the license may take up to 72 hours to get activated. The reason is Plesk International GmbH. has to manually approve these license transfers and it is beyond our control. If the IP was previously licenses but does not have an active license, there should be no extended delays. If yours is an IP which has never been licensed, activation is instant. Your Plesk license number can be found on the License Management page in the Plesk control panel. Check the "Key number" field. It is also shown in the title bar of the browser window when you are logged into Plesk as the "admin" user.

CorelloHosting processes all payments on the 27th day after initinal order of each month. Software licenses 1 day past due will be suspended. After 5 days past due software licenses will be suspended and assessed a late fee calculated at 20% of the balance or the maximum amount allowed by law will be due to re-activate service.
